    @ruby - he's not dead yet ;)

     

    He'll probably die from bloodloss or something but just because he was stabbed does not mean that he is dead. I mean, we have not seen him lying on the floor yet! :D Damon or Stefan might be able to safe him, or turn him.

    ^ good point.. maybe elena interrupts katherine before she can finish him off 

    before i would doubt if damon or stefan would save him... but i think they would just for elena since hes her dad... so maybe ur right
