Sooooooo some fangirlies are on the review page sprouting nonsense about the HEAVENLY episode that they all watch (must be them alone, cause i must have watched the wrong epi). I see their comments and i'm just like....WAIT.......HOLD UP

Wow-so many complaints and negativity. The whole idea behind the show is a human girl being in love with two brothers that happen to be vampires. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but the relationships on the show are the MAIN focal point regardless if it is in the romantic sense or not. And the triangle is finally starting to go somewhere with Elena not being completely aware of her feelings for Damon but not being in denial either. Their pace of relationship, while slow to some, is very realistic to me. Her and Stefan barley knew each other before they fell in love and here we get to see how her and Damon’s relationship has grown over the course of three seasons. People complain about how boring the show is when an episode isn’t focused on the triangle or vice versa. This episode gives us maybe ONE scene in which something significant happens (in regards to the triangle); I wouldn’t call that “shoving down our throats”. It’s like TVD can never win. I enjoyed this episode so much more than the past two and it has been my favorite season by far. I didn’t like the way they used Katherine last season; she was lost, I hated the character of Rose and couldn’t wait till she was gone, and the Damon and Elena kiss wasn’t that great (sue me). BUT because I like the overall writing and the characters, I am going to continue to watch. I do not watch for one sole person/reason and actually want the show to stay on air so I will put up with a few bad ones. No show is ever perfect and lives up to fans’ expectations all the time.

I personally enjoyed this episode. I feel like the Vampire Diaries has progressed throughout the seasons and I honestly have not been displeased by any episodes like a lot of people on here seem to be. I guess you have to be a real die-hard fan to accept all that the show has become and the path that its going down.

I actually expected her to kill Alaric and stuff him in a fridge in parts or something...would have been far more entertainin gplot than this shit.

I don't know what to say after this episode really, because seriously,hahahaha, I just loled at this, OF COARSE THERE IS ANOTHER BS TWIST THAT "IF YOU KILL AN ORIGINAL - THE BLOODLINE GOES DOWN WITH THEM" Mwaahhhhaaaahhhaaa! And I am tired of Elena's feelings being the leading characters on this show, they need to die....along with her!
