    Wait I don't get your question Kay. Are you saying she annoys you but you don't really dislike her? Because that would be the same for me. She's annoyed me several times but I can never really hate her. The only time I almost did was when she treated Caroline like crap for 2 episodes in season 2, as if Caroline chose to turn and as if she chose to kill Carter at the fair. For awhile Bonnie had a hard time understanding that not every vampire was a psycho douche. With grams dying it made sense why she hated them. But becoming a plot device just really makes you lose interest in a character.

    Then how do you describe a fanbase who sticks up to despicable judgy character who does not get screentime or relevance and is treated like shit by writers for longer than three years, still hoping that the character they fangirl about will suddenly get a huge moment to shine?

    Same here Flora,i never hate Bonnie she annoys me sometimes when she is being too judgy like how she treat Caroline when she turned and where she tried to burn Damon saying that everything that happened is his fault while she is the one that asked him to heal Caroline in the first place but i totally agree when you said becoming a plot device will make you lose interest in a character,Katherine is a major example.
