      They are not back together yet,they just had a moment which is so intense and emotional.I love the scene in the portch the way she held him ask him to feel something or anything and that she don't believe he doesn't care at all,i can feel stefan's pain in my heart the way he said if he let himself care,all he feel is pain coz he was feeling guilty for everything he's done,he hate himself coz he bit her.This episode made me believe that elena is still very much in love with stefan and she can never get over him and you can see right through her eyes that she wants him back coz she feels more comfortable with him.

      Jared wins that picture because Luigi is the better brother~ And really, the near end of this episode confirmed that it's still always gonna be Stefan. So many raging delena fans on tumblr that I am tempted to unfollow...but I'm too nice.
