    I DON'T want Damon and Elena to become a couple. He is ALREADY controlling and abusive towards her and it SCARES me to think how he would become if they got together. With the way this show is written now... he would horrible things to her and the show will tell us it's oh so romantic. I mean, do you remember when Damon told to Elena's dead body that if she came back as a vampire he would kill her because he can't stand her hating him forever? Which means that all the times he told Stefan that he was better than him for Elena because he would do anything to make her stay alive even if she hated him for it he was only lying. He prefers to kill her than to get his feelings hurt. And, yet we were meant to see that scene as romantic.

    I guess that if her other option is to be with Damon than she is better off with Stefan. At least, he didn't kill her brother and he does let Elena make her own decisions about her life.

    I did not remember that, it's kinda funny because Damon's stans keep saying Stefan saved Matt because he'd rather let Elena die than have her hate him.

    I couldn't care less about the triangle, but I think ever since Stefan took Damon's choice by making him complete the transition he had believed he lost his brother because of that. So that's why he respected Elena's choice and Grayson's

    yes, Damon is abusive. But the show never acknowledged that (by the way they had handled Caroline and Andie sl with Damon). Sadly on this show's context that argument (that Elena shouldn't be with Damon because he's abusive) is not valid.

    Polls are not useful because usually fangirlies participate in those...like crazy fangirlies who will forget that both brothers are knee deep in blood, but because both of them are hot, therefore, they get a free pass....so yeah, I am team Elijah and his suits!
