Why is Damon more liked?

Maybe because I'm blinded by Bonnie-love, I didn't hate her for what she did to Elena. Yes, it was wrong to lie to her bestfriend and almost get her boyfriend killed, but if you think about it, what she was going through, it's not that horrible. She felt Damon/Stefan basically killed her grandmother, she wanted to get back at them and save more peoples lifes. Idk, thats just how I saw what she did.
I really hope Stefan is keeping secrets from her. It makes it more of a mystery to find out what he's hiding, I kinda of want it to be something huge that might ruin things if it comes out. I know that sounds odd, and I'm all for Stelena actually, but I think it will expand his character and put their relationship through a test.
lmfao so much word. i didn't hate bonnie either. but i can see and understand why people did. that's not really a bad thing either.
agree with the secrets thing too. i really hope this is what drives stelena apart whether than a katherine influence or elena cheating with damon.

oh ^ and i was explaining the hate i saw before that storyline which if you are interested i can link you to it and you can see for yourself? either way it's not that big of a deal. i know that like you most people were turned off by her betrayal and that's fine lmao. i can understand that. as a bamon, bonnie fan that made me sad as well.
i just find it hard to hate characters on this show. the only one i really didn't care for was damon. even jon gilbert became redeemable to me.
Yeah I agree..that's annoying. It's like these fans decide before they even watch the show that they are going to root for one specific character and that one character only. They will overlook all their flaws and justify all their bad actions (Chuck fans, anyone?); even the most fucked up ones. I try not to be like that - obviously I'm bias towards Damon because I am in love with him
I don't hate any characters either actually. At first I hated Anna at first because she was so pushy but by the finale I loved her. I'm still so sad she died :(
hehe; but I wasn't always. I only started liking him after he saved Elena from the car crash - before I was disgusted by the way he treated Caroline. Bonnie never stood out for me but I never hated her; and I think she was justified when she was being cold and evasive around Elena because of Stefan - I just really didn't like her betrayal. But it's alll good. I like her again now :)the only one i really didn't care for was damon.
UGH i think i've been bitten by your typo bug. i meant anna :( not damon. i never got the appeal of anna she annoyed me from the moment she appeared on screen. and never did anything that made me root for her :/
