But when typical teenage rebellion turns into deadly rage, a parent's love may not be enough to save their life. Previously on Deadly Women Season 5 Episode 19 "Match Made For Murder", When a woman wants more from her husband than he can give, marriage can be a dangerous union. For these deadly women, relationships mean nothing more than a match made for murder. On this week's episode title "Killer Kids", For many parents, their children's teen years can be one big headache. But when typical teenage rebellion turns into deadly rage, a parent's love may not be enough to save their life. Female murderers are often times more horrifying and intriguing than their male counterparts. Their worlds are often defined by obsession, greed, and revenge. Deadly Women fuses bone-chilling story-telling, sumptuous period drama and forensic fact in a bid to explore history's most alluring female killers. Each episode profiles four famous cases from the past; killers and their victims are brought to life by elaborate dramatized reconstructions. The program will span four centuries and seven countries to explore the makings of these deadly women. Candice DeLong, a former FBI agent and profiler, and Dr. Janis Amatuzio, a forensic pathologist will also join the program to give a deeper insight into the crimes and the women who commit them. Deadly Women is a TV program based on actual events about women who commit murder. It is currently aired on the ID channel (Investigation Discovery). This program shows viewers that women also commit terrible crimes and get caught. Deadly Women focuses on the minds of female killers, why they kill, how they kill, and what causes them to kill. These women are greedy, vengeful, disturbed and obsessed with money and murder. They won't stop for anything to get what they want. Deadly Women is currently on it's 3rd season which aired August 2009. Each episode deals with three stories (four in each of the three the mini-series episodes) centered around the theme of each episode, through re-enactments, The stories are narrated by Lynnanne Zager (Marsha Crenshaw in the mini-series). Surviving family and friends of the deceased (and of the killers' family and friends, occasionally), reporters and authors who dealt with the story, and the law enforcement officials involved (police, district attorneys) augment the narration. Subject-matter experts (SMEs), such as former FBI criminal profiler Candice DeLong and former Hennepin County (Minnesota) Medical Examiner Janis Amatuzio, add perspective to each story from their areas of expertise. Apparently, there are some controversies about the Deadly Women commercials. The commercials seem to be a bit funny and humorous, which viewers are finding offensive. One commercial features women sitting at the table drinking coffee or tea talking about how their husbands weren't around for some reason or another. Then a clip appears and shows how the women killed their husbands. While another commercial shows a man reading the newspaper, his wife is looking at him, he doesn't pay attention to her and what she is saying. She then serves him a glass of wine that she puts poison in and goes to hand it to him, while saying, "Do you want to know why I killed my husband?" She walks towards him, he's still reading the newspaper and paying no attention to her. She then responds, "This is why.".
