I'm not sure what went on with this picture but it looks like Meredith has a 50/50 chance that she wasn't the mysterious killer. I can't wait for this episode to come in 2 weeks. =0 =)

Haha...Everybody hates Meredith and nobody cares. I wish they would have built up her story, like we all wished Elena's Dad (John..right?) would die, but they built his story line up and we were sad when he died....
