I think April will end up winning because there's no way they can choose Merideth, because that will make everyone hate her since she always is the best at everything, lol. They can't necessicarily give it to Yang because even though she has Merideths potential she hasn't been a surgeon in awhile. And there's no way Alex can get it becasue even though last week he did so well, he's always been a step behind the girls. April's just gonna sneak through and win, I garuntee it.
