It amazes me the arguments that can start over one statement about a promotional poster from before the show even started. Maybe fake is the personality that the writers originally came up with for Blair, but has since changed. No use arguing about something from so long ago.

lol, you need to chill. Paige's post wasn't even close to fighting, this whole argument started once I called you little kiddies some noobs, which you totally are btw :)
I was tired of everyone shouting BLAIRS NOT FAKE BLAIR IS REAL over and over, and disregarding anyone who opposed. And just look, as soon as I said that, everyone assumed I was some anti-blair fan just for not agreeing with them.
You don't have to like EVERYTHING about a character to be her fan, in fact, Blair's fakeness is why I like her :)

Sure we blair supporters are really attatched to this show, but MAYBE thats because we are just really into the show which is why we are taking the time to go to this website. If you don't care then stop visiting and fighting with gossip girl's REAL fans.

Um, sorry for not replying. I have a life you see, so I tend to forget about silly comments right after shutting off the laptop, unlike you hard core blair minions.

Blair is definitely fake, but saying that doesn't mean you are against Blair. I agree with you Paige, some people took it over the top. Blair is a fun character, my favorite on the show because she has so many sides, but LYING--especially as much as she does---means you are pretending..being fake. That's Blair..especially season 1, which are what these promos were for. When she was outed by GG she stopped being as fake, but she still has her moments. How else is she going to manipulate the ppl around her?
I can give another example...when she was babysitting the girl to help her chances into Yale. She put on a front to get what she wanted.

I wouldn't say that Blair is NOT fake. But I think BITCH would have been the best word. She is a fake in the sense that she puts on this pretend that she is perfect and wonderful and who everyone should aspire to be. Well, we all know this is not the case. And evryone else knows it too. So it's not like fake is wrong, for those who say it is. Wow this posters are harsh though. None are wrong, I was just surprised. Wow. Can't wait to see what Chuck's says :)

I agree!
She was kinda fake in season one but over time as she liked Chuck she got lress fake and more manipulative. I think Chuck brings out the best in her and vise versa.

I don't really think Blairs fake anymore, but I think she was at the beginning of serie one, though manipulative would've been a much better word, but they couldn't fit that on the poster really.
