Has Rocky Carroll signed on as the head of NCIS? Leon Vance
is an integral part of this series. R.C. does it well!!
Also, will Wendy Makkenna be returning in any future episodes
as Dr. Rachel Cranston? Would rather see Gibbs infuse some fire
in her "knickers" rather than some of the other females in recurring
roles.
This is by far the "best series" on T.V.
