   gossip girl is about pushing the boundaries in fashion.look back at season 2. it wasn't all high lights remember what she wore to yale? it was average. this however is very bold and beautiful. people have said that they would like it without the sleeves, that would be... okay but I think without the sleeves it would all look uneven and bulky.

   I think she looks beautifull...usually I would hatethis but i love it for some reason. I love the black and white print mixed with the blue. Georgous
