Izzie in the Afterlife?
Has Izzie Stevens passed away? If that is what we are supposed to take away from the powerful scene at the end, it was certainly emotionally devastating, but great television.

I'm just in love with Grey's Anathomy. I'm from Puerto Rico and at this time I still crying with the last season final episode.
OMG I can belive that they are no longer there.
I can wait to the next season and hopping the new character are really good and touch everyone like Izzie and George, there where great.

She sure looks beautiful in that dress though, even if it is an ominous garment.
Did you guys notice how when she was in the elevator, and George was "on the other side" of the elevator, when they would shock her with the paddles, she'd look distracted and like she wasn't sure about getting off the elevator. The wordless communication between George and Izzie in that final moment was heavy and heartbreaking. She'd take a frikkin' Emmy for this season.

If she survives this one, Izzie needs to BURN that prom dress. Every time it pops up it means nothing but BAD NEWS!!
