You could say it is a combination of the toutrre scenes in "Casino Royale" and "Lethal Weapon". Ollie is bound naked to a chair like "Casino" but the seat is intact and he is toutrred shirtless and shocked with a wet sponge attached to a battery like in "Lethal". So a nod to both.
