This is definitely Callie who is holding up the shirt and it almost looks like they would be room mates, I mean it would be possibly because we saw that in the preview of the second Ep. that Derek throws Alex and Izzie out of the house(gives them the key to his trailer) so I don't think that he want to let Lexie stay in the attic. There is alway the possibility that this is Lexie's and Marks's new condo(or house), but I hope not YET. YES, Slexie are my favorite couple but I think a shared condo between Christina, Callie and Lexie would be hilarious. And it wouldn't be TOO strange because Lexie wouldn't be Christina's Intern anymore(if my sources are true Lexie will be a resident in the 2nd or 3rd episode). We knew that there will be a time- ump between the first and the second episode!!!!
