I know everyone is thinking Derek Derek Derek regarding who gets hit. But if you'll notice, he is WITHOUT his coat, in a BLUE shirt, in the preview. The promo that shows the bullet and the bloody WHITE coat would lead me to believe it's not Derek. I bet one of the folks hit is going to be Christina. And then remember, two of the Mercy West interns aren't coming back next season -- this would be an easy way to have them exit.
