I think I figured it out. It's Arizona's birthday (as told in the sneak peeks), so there's a surpriseparty @ Callie's place. But Arizona doesn't like it, gets upset and leaves. When she returns later that night (and is 'over being upset' (as she used to say in the bathroom-scene ;) )) the party is over; Callie kicked everybody out and is waiting/sleeping on the sofa (notice the blancket? besides the change of outfit). Then they make up, as Arizona tells about her issues with dead (?) patients and maybe some birthday-horrorstories and Callie comforts here.
And so it all ends well.... for now, at least.... :P

It is AZ's b-day someone seen a spoiler on another site that said it is her's. Sooo mistery solved:) I can't wait it is going to be awsome. From the reviews looks like the party is when Jackson and Cris kiss.

I can't wait. I got so many thoughts as to what is going on. LOL!!!! Now I'm beginning to think it is AZ's b-day and they all celebrate. But she don't get the real present till the party is over. They go home Callie excuses herself comes out in that outfit. Az worked all day and she falls asleep in Callies arms. Later they party after Az's nap. LOL!!! OK!!! I'm not guessing any more. That is my story and I'm stickin to it. LOL!!!

I'm beginning to think it is Marks B-day and Callie is the singing and dancing telagram. That would be cool. Also would be nice if it was AZ's birthday and Callie dressed up like that for her. Hmmm would make for a interesting night. YUM!!! LOL!!!
