Na primeira temporada, 1º ou 2º capítulo, George opera paciente com Apendicite e o paciente quase morre. Burke escolhe George, um interno para auxiliar. Uma tradição. Sabendo que George ero o que menos se sairia bem, tentou fazer George passar um sufoco, mas George foi bem até ter que fechar o paciente. George entrou em pânico e quase mata o paciente.Por isso o apelido de 007-contratado para matar.

in his first year as an intern george was the first to be chosen to participate in a surgery and he froze..since then the other(oh so kind and understanding!)interns call him 007 aka licenced to kill.that's how she knew it was him.

How did Meredith know that it was O'Malley when he wrote 007 on her hand? I don't remember what the 007 means. Thanks for the answer in advance.
