But not really. While she stood up for herself in front of Dr. Bailey, Cristina Yang gave Lexie Grey a nice compliment at the end, telling her what she did for Nick was brave. Then Cristina went and danced away the pain... we love her.
There is no O.R. open and the doctors weren't prepared for a series of events that took Nick's life in the end. Cristina tells Lexie this just happens sometimes but they do more good than harm overall.
Cristina Yang (Sandra Oh) is everywhere in this episode and doing a great job as both a surgeon and a mentor to Lexie. It is a lot for one doctor, and actress, to pull off, but she does.
Lexie Grey might be onto something with this new look. But seriously folks - that's a lot of blood Nick lost. The doctors tried in vain to save him but it was a lost cause at the end.
Nick (Seth Green) was just starting to develop a crush on Lexie and forget his ex-girlfriend. But his artery simply bled too much and the doctors were unable to save this likable patient.
Lexie Grey phones for help is Nick's artery bursts and there's very little time before the situation becomes dire. In the end it does not go too well for Nick.
I think it's better to have someone, even if it hurts, even if it is the most painful thing you have done, even if it's the most painful thing you've ever had to do. I think it's better to have someone.
