David is a pawnbroker. He met the Master while interned at a Nazi concentration camp. He's spent his life preparing to kill the Master after failing as a teen.
Thomas the Master's chief lieutenant. He maintains his individuality and appears as a human so he can integrate himself into society. He ran death camps during World War II.
