LelaRose good question. i think she first chooses blair for the thingy, and then find out something she did not to want her and goes and tells her. blair has not always been perfect and lots of people know it and since it's for young girls you diff want a really good girl to be a role model sicne there are so many miley's. and people will hate anne for picking a miley not a hilary duff okay more like hilary.
