Phillip goes into his surgery. He tells Jennifer that he can't stand her being alone if he dies. Addison removes Nikki's baby.

4. Meaghan Smith, "Five More Minutes"
Three surgeries take place. Erica works on the baby's heart, Derek injects the serum into Phillip's tumor, and Addison and Bailey work on Nikki.

5. Republic Tigers, "Buildings And Mountains"
Bailey tells Addison she can't talk about how she feels. Derek and Meredith decide to continue clinical trials. Richard asks Addison to stay.
