What grade would you give the Bates Motel premiere?

I really was expecting a show that was somehow related to the original "Psycho"...but besides character names, locations, and...well that's it, it's really not much there at all of "Psycho". Yes, I know it's a "modern take" on a prequel or the original, but I personally think they should have just thrown a totally different title on the series and make it it's own thing all together.
