  Ace thanx.I also want to ask you two more things.Callie was a resident but not a general an orthopedic(or whatever it's called)?and when these doctors can be a specific surgeοn(eg heart surgeon,neurosurgeon,etc....)?whenever they want but only if they have become residents?at a specific year of they're residency?when they are still interns?and the final question.what do fellow-fellowship and attending mean?

  I have a question.Sorry if my english isn't perfect...What is the position of Baily at the hospital?If i have understand correctly until the third season she was a resident but when the main characters became residents what was her position until she became chief resident?She was still resident?But if she had been still a resident she would have been at the same postition as the others but i think that she was a little bit beyond from them.Plzzz someone ask me
