This is why the baby is a terrible plot line. There is NO good outcome here. If Blair miscarries, a Chair reunion would be cheapened and a Dair hook up would just be weird and ill-timed. If she has the baby, well, that's just friggin' boring. Even if the baby is Chuck's- I don't want them to reunite over this. If they reunite it should be solely because they love each other, he's repented enough and isn't a complete arsehole and Blair feels she can overcome the past baggage.
Blair will be engaged and preggers for half this season or so. She needs to be alone (romantically i mean- she'll need friends) for a good bit after all of this implodes. But this very well might be the last season so this all leaves very little time for Dan or Chuck to get involved with Blair. .
The writers have written themselves into a corner with this baby s/l. It might pan out OK if GG goes to a sixth season but it doesn't make the present s/l any less crap.
