But this is exciting! Even though I don't think she'll stay engaged to Louis because I'm pretty sure he won't become a regular character on the show, which would be needed if Blair were to marry him.

I'm pretty sure by 2 it meant 2 episodes until the finale. And it was 5 episodes after the hiatus. Last night was the 2nd episode since the hiatus, and then there's 2 the next 2 weeks and then it's the season finale.
