  What i think happends is that Blair asks Chuck to flirt with the dude to get into something at NYU. Since chuck loves her so much he agrees and flirts with the guy, the guy thinking that chuck likes him trys to kiss chuck and chuck ;eaves it for a while doing it for blair, but then tell the guy he can't do it.... maybe, maybe not...
