True. They left a lot of open threads from seasons one and two as well. I've held off until now. I'm just airing now instead of later because hindsight is always sharp.

Continuum is a great show which just moves really slowly. Far too many new variables and too few resolutions. I find it more like a comic than a show and in 44 mins long sweeping shots just waste the viewers time. I do like thinking about the episodes and the issues raised, however it is only a 13 episode show which means we've got 3 episodes left which will leave us with more unanswered questions at the end of 3 seasons. This leaves me unsatisfied. This is the reason so many of my friends won't watch Continuum with me. They say they like the show and it's premise, but nothing really happens and now there is another open question. Firefly always delivered. I think Brad was sent back to generate speculation from the shows followers to give the writers ideas for season 4. A lazy writing team can generate suspense, however it requires a really talented one to do so and deliver the answers. I am just tired of all my favourite shows being chock-a-block with unresolved issues at the season end. I watch shows to enter another world, not relive my own with different story lines.
Correct. We just don't need false drama. This is what Dynasty reruns are for.
