  • Grey's Anatomy Spoilers: Is Izzie Pregnant? (11/11/2009)

I don't think anyone's pregnant. hehe. Maybe just one of those "guess what" questions. But if Izzie's pregnant, then that would add to possible storylines, diversions, drama etc. Whatever it is, I'm still looking forward to a complete Karev family. Enough of the merry-go-round..:)

Whatever it is, I just hope it's not divorce. It would be too... common. Break-up, adultery, divorce? quick solutions. Besides, alex and izzie already passed through things similar to that before. I think the alex-izzie marriage will give more storylines to play with than them being apart... with Izzie's condition, someone who is at the brink of her life, might offer more drama as a married woman. I just hope the storylines won't be too mean to followers of alex and izzie. Give Izzie a chance to be a mom...
  • Grey's Anatomy Spoilers: The Future of Izzie and Alex (11/6/2009)

I agree with atheart282..that mercy west doctor should back off. She's not a friend.. she had a dispute with Izzie in the locker room. She's interested in alex. I hope for the best, for Alex and Izzie. They will overcome all these obstacles as husband and wife... and I hope they will serve as inspiration.

@ImissGeorge: haha, maybe that only goes to say that to Alex, it's secondary. Izzie is more important than the medical bills...fixing their relationship is more important at that point. Which is precisely the reason the sympathy is on him. That's love at its finest. (Eeek) If he brought up the bills, that wouldn't sound too good either... Iz might reply, you were one of the reasons I got fired then you'd talk to me about the bills. hehe. They will have to face that problem together - they're husband and wife. But yeah, I understand, that issue should be addressed to in the long run, but maybe the bills issue might steal the drama too soon.

Leonie: Yup, it showed us different possible angles...sides. hehe. Izzie wasn't all sweet and nice, Alex's softer, vulnerable side. :) nice point!

  • Izzie (11/18/2009)

Thanks abcdefg. :) True, her being a doctor is not only a job but also her dream, something she worked so hard for... but I guess that's when we say.. "that's life."hehe... well at least she still achieved her dream. It wasn't "shattered" nor "stolen" from her. her licensed wasn't revoked right? she wasn't sued for malpractice either. It wasn't as though she could no longer practice at all. She was just fired, though maybe she just expected a bit more from the Chief...for a favorable response that would side her, only that the merger limited the chances and had been very strict on biases. She was also partly to blame in the first place, sad to say.

It's not difficult to "understand" Iz... she's undergoing phases of grieving..one after the other, it truly must be tough. But how she "misjudged" alex was a different thing (well, of course we know there are reasons why the writers had to do this... for whatever reason or technicalities -- like ms. heigl going on leave, etc. that they had to bend & twist the story here and there). Anyway, for the sake of discussion, hehe, leaving a person just like that -- a husband no less, is hurtful. She could've asked for space...but she left thinking that her hubby did something to pull her down, worse accused him based on assumption.

She could've done a cameron (geez, what's with these lady doctors leaving their husbands! haha) -- but yeah, different story & emotional turmoil they have to deal with. *sigh* I hate it that I love both couples.. both got married...and now... both are in a rocky road. ahckk! The writers are popping my bubbles!!

Anyway, I think IZ's practically on her way of living a full life (though could be shorter than the rest due to her illness). She just have to make the best of what really matters. :) and this I hope would be the lesson the viewers could get out of this... not an easy divorce... I hope Iz realizes what Alex had to go through...that when we come to think of it, is heart-wrenching. You marry someone who's dying.. you are hoping against hope, gambling your heart...willing to cross the raging waters with her...trying to give the best of him, trying to be the "hope" of someone who is losing it. They should've checked Alex for a mental condition. :P

Ahh, drama. This has to happen so there'll be drama. :) At least people still react, get irritated and stuff. Eeek.. this is a long reply. haha. I'm with you and the rest who are backing up Iz and Alex. I'm not and I was not a Mer-Der shipper, but I know they'll have to end up no matter what 'coz they're frontliners. They're ok... but I was more drawn to A/I.

As Forrest Gump would say "Life is like a box of chocolates, we never know what we're going to get."

Leonie: Haha, that's another secret that Alex has to know in the long run... whatever, as long as they'll stay married til the last episode, then I'm fine. haha. :D

  • Best Love Scenes! (11/17/2009)

Alex and Izzie's first kiss. ;) and their wedding. (and their other love scenes in between, haha)

George & Izzie's was nice too... only that circumstances were not.
