• More Grey's Anatomy Spoilers For Upcoming Episodes (2/27/2009)

  I don't think 'Elevator Love Letter' just refers to Meredith and Derek.... What about Izzie and Alex? Derek and Mark? Callie and Arizona? The Chief and Bailey? Lots of different types of love out there - romantic, friendship, fellow colleague... Just a thought. I also think the theories of ocular or some type of malignant melanoma could be the diagnosis for Izzie. As for that cryptic comment "It's not going where you think..." with respect to Meredith and Derek's relationship/proposal, maybe Meredith is the one that writes Derek a love song and tells him she's not going anywhere, while he is the one pushing her away? Another thought, maybe it's not Meredith that gets Derek through his meltdown (even though she's there for him). Maybe it's Izzie?
