  In the season finale I think Derek should propose to Meredith. Meredith of course excepts his offer and lets him know that she is pregnant. Izzy finds out she has a brain anuerism and that exsplains her hallucinations and the Denny thing. Mcdreamy operates and saves her and thats how the season finale ends! Any one agree?
