  i think  they only stay powerless during the eclipse cuz the spisode ''our father'' the description says:Hiro and Claire unite in their bid to stop Arthur by traveling back in time. Peter and the Haitian must face Sylar in order to get to Arthur.

   

   

  if hiro travels in time means he got her  powers back dunno how but he make it....and i think if claire its powerless she isnt the catalyst anymore....but its just another of my theories ......

  and when peter gonna have hes powers back!!   hes sucks w/o it
