Taking the Plunge

Like several others, I interpreted the "white light" as signifying Cathy's death, I thought that was it. And like many of you, I bawled like a baby when Adam found the gifts, and when Cathy saw Marlene. My other favorite episode was the one where Marlene said she prayed that Eddie would be there to greet her on the other side "and that it won't hurt" to get there. Also the scene in the church, Cathy's many tender moments with Idris Elba, another great British actor; really, just everything. This show touched me in a very special way. I, too, would be fine with it being over, but I'll bet it's just as good next year.
