The episode was great, especially the scene where Christina is in the tub, talking about what happened in the woods. For all of you who think it's too sad, get your heads out of your asses! This show is based on depression and gore.
Arizona loosing her leg - Awful, but expected. The fact that Callie had to do it is going to have a huge impact on their relationship. I have this feeling that the writers are going to break them up at some point...or give Arizona a fake leg, which is more than likely =) The new interns - WHO CARES!!!! I think the show should focus on the people that we have grown to love instead of bringing in a new group of extras who can't act. They irritate me. And April coming back?!?! Come on! One of the most annoying charcters ever. And that voice...Good god, not another season of having to listen to those high pitched sounds!
First of all, I love this show. I even love that it's pretty depressing. But the first episode of season 9 left me very disapointed. I was expecting more. I did not like the flashbacks, I felt that the episode should have picked up where season 8 left off. But I see that next week's episode will be doing that. I really don't like what they are doing whith Meredith's character. I understand that she just lived through a trauma, but trauma is that chick's middle name. The writers took her to the extreme. So sad that Mark Sloan died! I loved him.
