Yes, Nour, but if you watch the big preview (that's been on tv) and pause it right as Cristina reaches the front of the church in her bridesmaid dress... the groom (right in front of the camera) certainly looks like Alex. And Cristina appears to be the first bridesmaid to the front, which wouldn't be the case if she was Meredith's maid of honor...

On Good Morning America, Justin Chambers simply said it was Meredith and Derek's wedding day... he avoided the phrase "Meredith and Derek get married." Might imply that their ceremony won't happen. I'd lay money on an Izzie/Alex wedding -- she's been planning the whole thing anyway, and I bet she takes a turn for the worse, so MerDer let her and Alex have the ceremony. But... maybe a finale wedding for Meredith and Derek?
