  I think it is the mayor, too....what a better way of keeping tabs on Kate than having Castle with her 24/7! But it should come out since Montgomery wrote it down and mailed it all to someone! Kate? Castle? I don't think they will have her be Captain, tho....someone new to stir things up. And maybe Kate will have to go into witness protection? Hmmm...the plot thickens! The show was awesome, I am glad it is on DVR, so I can watch it again!!!
