  lol karlota, it was a real wedding between alex and izzie, owe and christina aren't together but christina is taking apart the fan because it reminds owen of the chopper back in war so i assume she's starting to let him back in, arizona and callie worked out the financial problems and they're seen naked and eating pizza by the end, and mer der did not get married but are making love at the end too
