Agreed that it's most likely Mark/Teddy or Baily/Ben having some s-e-x. haha I keep reading that people don't think it could be Mer/Der having a baby but it would be a good to shake things up a little because they're both very into their careers and it will be hard on Derek because he's the chief now..and Meredith trying to juggle it all *here's to still being hopeful it's them!*

I'm happy he's joining the cast. I love his character and I think I could totally see him with Lexie.. maybe cause of their interaction on the patient that wanted his arm and he told her to not be mousy and all. Anyway, he's pretty :)

“Sympathy for the Parents” – When Alex’s younger brother, Aaron, shows up at Seattle Grace-Mercy West with a hernia, it’s up to Alex to get Bailey’s approval for his pro bono surgery. Matters are further complicated when Aaron discloses that his family has not heard from Alex since he arrived in Seattle, and parts of Alex’s past long kept secret are revealed to his friends and fellow doctors, on “Grey’s Anatomy,” THURSDAY, APRIL 1 (9:00-10:01 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Had times where I liked Izzie/Alex together..
Love the Cristina/Owen storyline.. they just get each other :)
About Cristina and Burke, and I'm very biased now rewatching the old seasons. And I don't like them together. It's like they lusted after each other and she wanted/loved Burke only because he was a great cardiothoracic surgeon. They always fought and they were total opposites which made it difficult. Before Season 5, I was still upset Burke left cause I thought they belonged together.. now that she's with Owen, her relationship is much smoother, minus his PTSD and Teddy.. lol
