  What did Richard say in response to the doc when she said "I just made one mistake" -- I've rewound it a dozen times and still can't quite catch what he says to her.

  What did Richard say to the doc before he fired her when she said she made one mistake?  I've rewound it on my dvr a dozen times and still can't understand what he's saying to her.  Help!
