I think Victoria is too far gone. She's lying to herself all the time. I think that she could have been saved before she killed Aidan. I actually liked Victoria for a while. But now she is just a crazy old bitch living in her world of fantasies. Her hatred for Emily is too deep for her to be redeemed. I hope she's either going to die or be locked up in the series finale.
I completely disagree with your review. I feel like the fact that they moved this episode is a sign that they know where they are going, which is a series finale. If they had kept this episode as the penultimate, they would not have had time to give us a good series finale, It would have felt way too rushed. By moving this episode, they still have 4 episodes to build up to a great final episode. By reminding us of everything that happen, they set the key elements that will play a part in the last 4 episodes of the series. The promo for next week's episode seems to corroborate this. I am actually really happy Revenge will end this season. Not because I think it is bad, but because as soon as David came back, I knew there were only a few stories left to be told. And with Emily revealing her true identity, there really is no point in having a fifth season, even a shortened one. Looks like we're not going to end up with a bad ending!
I picked Coven, but each of them have different qualities. Murder House is scary, the story is quite good, there are great characters.Asylum is the best season in terms of horror (and "The Name Game" was just the perfect scene in the whole series), but the whole alien thing and the story that goes all over the place was a bit annoying at times.Coven may not be the scariest season, but the characters, the story and the whole seven wonders thing sold it to me. Kathy Bates, Jessica Lange and Angela Bassett were perfect in each episode.
