  I aggree on the Kourtney thing, I think Ali is alive because in the season finale of season 2, someone in a red coat (presumabley Vivian) cane to visit Mona at Radley. Mona told this person "I did everything you asked". I do think Ali is in the A team because we all know how much Ali loved playing jokes.
