  Well i actually kind of agree with him to a point. If meredith wants derek to move in she should ask the housemates to move out. However its also silly of derek to expect meredith to do this straightaway. As such i think the episode dealing with this handled the issue true to character.

  If your talking about a character that I think makes no sense, that would be Izzy.

  If 1-3 was 1 year, then it also makes more sense regarding meredith and derek. For if they were off/on, long glances in elevators etc, for 3 years it becomes a bit silly, whereas 1 year is more realistic for a relationship to develop.

  As much as i love greys, I wish the show would rediscover the quality of series 2, as showed in episodes such as that!

  Plus - was the new paramedic in that episode Christina Ricci? Or someone very similar?
