  I think all of it is a dream sequence. Think about it. I mean, everything bad that's happening is especially bad for Meredith. Derek getting hurt. Cristina getting stabbed by glass. Rose being pregnant. Do you really think Shonda would make ALL of this bad stuff happen to Meredith in ONE EPISODE?! I beg the season premiere will have Meredith having all these nightmares because she's still really insecure about everything. It makes sense, I think. Plus, has Shonda ever lied to us? SHE PROMISED US A FREAKIN' HAPPILY EVER AFTER. Grrrrr. xD
