What a Difference a Day Makes - 100th episode (5/1/2009)

I just watched the Candian promo for next week!!!! It has put this sick feeling in the my stomach!!!!!!!!!!!!! I do know however, that Derek and Meredith never really wanted a big wedding in the first place, so I hope they just have a really small wedding before the end of the season. They should give it to Izzie because she was the one that planned her own dream wedding- and Meredith and Derek are not like that at all!!! Meredith has stated that Weddings are dumb, and she only cares about the marriage!!!
