    I can't believe you would even compare George to Alex and Mark. They're mean, cruel assholes. George made mistakes but he didn't have a mean bone in his body. He helped Alex when Alex failed, and he died to save a woman who had ignored him. It doesn't come better than that. George and Izzie had true love. Nobody or nothing will convince me otherwise. That's how TR and Katie played it. Katie said it herself, noone made Izzie happier than George. She was at her happiest with him. She saw it too. The haters spammed polls and yelled extra-loud. It's pretty obvious Shonda loved Gizzie and wanted them, but got scared of some of the most fanatic Alex and Izzie fans. Katie never plays Izzie as if she's in love with Alex. I think she truly loved George and Denny, but Alex? No way! Shonda is just scared of their fans. That,s why the 100th episode was completely catered to their whims.

    I know what I'm seeing on my screen. George not shown at all for a year. I'm a huge Gizzie fan. I think they are the best couple on Earth but I could have dealt with George moving on because Izzie did (even though I hate Alex and Izzie more than any couple). I thought George deserved to find a love that lasted like his parents did. If George had had a bit of happiness just a bit, this would be easier, but he was so miserable all season and so sad all season and then he dies. It feels so unfair and so cruel to have him die after making him suffer so much all season. Izzie was right. George was the best. He never tried to hurt anyone. He had a big heart. He didn't deserve to die. He could have been a hero in the army and saved a lot more lives that way. He didn't have to die to save some idiot who was too blind to realize how amazing he was. Shonda hated TR so much she had to have that woman calling him ordinary-looking right on the show. How mean is that? TR is gorgeous, not ordinary-looking. He has gorgeous eyes and was beautiful. It wasn't bad enough that Shonda disrespected TR all season, she had to bash his looks too.
