  I always thought Callie and Arizona would have Mark's baby. It's logical that Callie would want a baby from someone she knows and not from a random donor. Also, if Callie were pregnant with Mark's kid, it would basically appease several storylines. I mean Mark would have a kid, yes, but the main responsibility of raising said kid would fall onto Callie and Arizona. So that would mean less pressure on his relationship with Lexie. Mark would get a child and the woman he loves. Callie and Arizona would get a child and be together as a family. Lexie could be with Mark without giving up on her youth to have a family and Mark would get to spend time with the child but still have time to be... Mark. I mean really, how much responsibility can the guy handle, after all?
