I'm glad those two are leaving Reed is soo annoying and Charles is boring. As for Izzie i really havn't missed her that much, but Katherine Heigl is one of my favorite actors so I will be sad to see her go but I'll get over it. I got over George dying even though I missed him at the begining of the season.

No, they really don't. The only time they do is if someone from Grey's crosses over, but thats about it.
