The poor girl can't catch a break. I'm just hoping this sends her running to Klaus (and in the process he realizes how much he effed up with Hayley). I liked Caroline's interactions with Stefan but only on a friends level.
Elena...I know she's the main character on the show but I just really want her to go away. She's annoyed me all season and this 2.0 version of her isn't any better. If Nina is going to play a bitch role please just give me Katherine, there's a fun character! About the only time I enjoyed Elena in last night's ep was at the end with her and Damon.
This episode turned me into an emotional train wreck. I had high hopes for it coming off the last couple eps but this one fell way short. First off, I'm a Klaroline shipper so the Klaus/Hayley scene was painful to watch. I've seen a few comments from people about it being a hot sex scene but I have to respectfully disagree. That was an AWFUL sex scene! There's no chemistry between the two of them, it just felt forced and wrong. Klaus has been trying to win Caroline for how long now and in a matter of hours he's got Hayley in bed...wtf? I really can't stand Hayley's character and it may be enough to keep me from watching The Originals. She just doesn't fit in with them at all! I can't say much about Phoebe Tonkin since the only things I know her from are Secret Circle and TVD but I've hated her characters in both shows. Is she always cast as being a heinous bitch?
As for Caroline, I felt really bad for her when she was reading the letter from Tyler. The poor girl can't catch a break. I'm just hoping this sends her running to Klaus (and in the process he realizes how much he effed up with Hayley). I liked Caroline's interactions with Stefan but only on a friends level.
This was one of the better episodes of TVD lately. The last few weeks have left me frustrated as wondering if I'm going to continue watching but I think this week pulled me back in. I'm so over Delena, mostly because she's been a whiney twat on the show lately. I'm all aboard the Klaroline ship so I think that has been keeping me going these past several weeks. Seeing Tyler on the run again makes me happy. I was surprised by the appearance of Katherine and I'm also left wondering what she wants the cure for. As for the death of Jeremy... I didn't see that one coming. I like is character (and all his shirtless scenes) and would hate for him to be dead dead. (I'm forgetting, does he still wear his ring or no?)
