  Well I think they should leave together, that would make his leaving the show memorable and Meredith and Derek would still be together along with their newly adoptive daughter as well. I would hate to see him go, but its been wonderful seeing him each and every Thursday and I know I'm not the only person in the world who would miss seeing his beautiful face every week.
