Happy to see the re-introduction of Hank's brutally amazing beat up black Porsche, or "old blacky" as he refers to it in this episode.
Hank, now more than ever, resembles 'old blacky'... all beat up, bruised and punched in the shiner, yet, in pure Hank fashion, he greets the Porsche as if it were brand spanking new, stating: "Hello old friend, you're looking quite well." Perfect.
This review is spot on and this season already has me rushing to my DVR for the next episodes of this new Californication season.
By the way, to the angry reviewer "Victoria Springwind" below, your answer to your own question was wrong. Although you correctly identified, "Can't You Hear Me Knocking" as the name of the song, an obvious global smash hit by the Rolling Stones, the version in this episode was performed by a band called, "Great Caesar's Ghost". Before you post next time, remember the lyrics of another famous Stones song, "You Can't Always Get What You Want', which reminds us that:
You can't always get what you want
But if you try sometimes you just might find
You get what you need
